AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME
We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as simple and transparent as possible. Below you will find the average processing and delivery times for all our orders:

Processing time: After you place your order, we need 1 to 3 working days to process and prepare it. During the week it normally takes one working day, but if you order on Friday evening or at the weekend, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery time: Once the order has been processed and shipped, delivery takes 9 to 11 working days on average.

PLACING AN ORDER AND CANCELLATIONS
The purchase process on our website is simple and secure:

Add to cart: Go to the page of the product you want and click the "Add to cart" button. Make sure you have selected the correct variants (size/colour).

Delivery details: Click "Checkout" and carefully enter your address details. Check that all the information is correct before continuing.

Free shipping: On the shipping page you can check the details you entered. All shipments are completely free, as a thank-you to our customers.

Completing payment: Payment options are protected by SSL encryption, so you can always count on a secure payment environment.

Changes and cancellations: Our logistics processing system is automated and fast, so it may not be possible to change or stop an order once it has been confirmed and paid for, especially if it has already been shipped. You do, however, have the right to withdraw from your purchase under the terms of our Refund Policy. If you want to return or exchange an item, wait for your order to arrive and follow that policy.

Available payment methods: Credit/debit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Our store does not accept cash on delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
We cover the full shipping cost of every order. All our products are delivered to the address you provide in Lithuania. In addition, there is no minimum order value to benefit from free shipping.
SHIPPING, TRACKING AND FINAL DELIVERY
So that we can offer fair and competitive prices, our logistics distribution centre gathers orders in large quantities and ships them consolidated, directly from an international centre located in Asia.

Tracking code (tracking link): As soon as your order is dispatched from the logistics centre, you will automatically receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey in real time.

Final delivery: The final leg of the journey and the physical delivery to your address are the responsibility of the local partner carrier in Lithuania. We cannot guarantee a specific day or time of delivery, because the final leg is the sole responsibility of the carrier. You will be notified by the carrier (by SMS or email) when your order is scheduled for delivery.

Orders damaged in transit: If your order arrives visibly damaged or deformed because of transport, please email contact@levakaunas.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged product, so that we can help you straight away. This request does not affect your legal rights.
Note: In periods of high order volume (holidays or promotional campaigns), small delays beyond our control may occur. We guarantee that we do everything possible to get your products to their destination as quickly as possible.
